There is no Weird Fish without our signature Macaroni fabric, and this 1/4 zip shape is our bread and butter. The Shorling has all the great benefits of comfort, easy to style, great quality Macaroni, but with the added flare of this nautical stripe for the sunny season.

This Weird Fish winner has had an update. Our famous Macaroni fabric has been woven with a new, more eco-friendly recipe. Still cotton-rich but now with organic cotton and the polyester content is made from recycled plastics. There is still a way to go along our eco journey, but this is just one small leap towards a more sustainable future.

86% Organic Cotton 14% Recycled Polyester

We love clothes and fabrics that do good, recycled polyester is making waves as it is turning pre-existing plastics such as that water bottle you used at a festival a life time ago into your new Weird Fish favourite. Using more recycled polyester rather than traditional polyester, reduces landfill, which means less soil contamination, air and water pollution.

The choice to pick an organic cotton item of clothing is an easy one when you know there are no toxic chemicals used to grow the cotton. It doesn’t damage the soil and uses 88% less water than regular cotton and 62% less energy, so you can look and feel great knowing you’re doing good for the planet.
